27 Sep 2006 — Scientology Volunteer Ministers Restoring a Hope and Salvaging a Family

It’s not always easy for a teenager at home. And too often, young people opt for running away as the solution to their difficulties.

But that brings on a host of new problems, with many teenage runaways getting into serious trouble.

The Scientology Volunteer Ministers South Pacific Goodwill Tour is in Fiji providing practical solutions from the Scientology Handbook, based on the works of L. Ron Hubbard.

There is a reason for relationships that go bad – and these reasons and their resolution are covered in the Scientology Handbook, based on the works of L. Ron Hubbard.

It was exactly this kind of situation that the Scientology Volunteer Ministers South Pacific Goodwill Tour encountered when a 16-year old boy walked into their yellow tent.

He had run away from home and didn’t plan to go back. But he saw stories about the Scientology Volunteer Ministers Goodwill Tour on TV and came to see if there was any other solution to his problems.

After touring the exhibit he signed up for the “Cause of Suppression” Course, based on the booklet of the same name.

And on completing, this is what he wrote:

“Thank you to the Scientology Organization for helping me…for giving me good advice and courage to go home and discuss the matter —you people have saved my life and I will never forget you….”
The motto of the Scientology Volunteer Ministers is, "Something CAN be done about it."
