Cameroon is a country of 17 million people in western Africa. With its political stability, and one of the best education systems in Africa, the people of Cameroon are optimistic and looking toward their future – and it will be a bright future indeed, thanks to Andrew Tem, who is bringing Dianetics technology to his country.

Andrew, an administrator in the Police Department in the city of Mutengene got a copy of Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health by L. Ron Hubbard from a bookstore in the nearby town of Limbe in June 2002.
He read the book and immediately started sharing what he learned with his family and friends.
Then, in 2004, Andrew learned about the nearest Dianetics group 800 miles away in Lagos, Nigeria.
Traveling to Nigeria, Andrew attended a Dianetics seminar and with the skills he learned, he took his work to a whole new level.
It began with his holding Dianetics workshops in neighboring villages. He took his message on the air. On one of his national TV shows he reached 10 million viewers, resulting in people calling in for information not only from Cameroon but from Niger, Chad, Congo and Central African Republic as well.
And over the past two years he has trained thousands of Dianetics auditors through seminars, and has started seven new Dianetics Counseling Groups in the towns of Ekondo Titi, Bamenda, Yaounde, Garoua and Maroua, and a Dianetics Club in the University of Buea in Yaounde, the Capital of Cameroon.
Andrew is passionate about his work. As he states it, “My main purpose is to bring a new civilization to my people … to remove humanity from the dark and bring it to the light; to bring about rationality in individuals and the society as a whole.”
