15 Nov 2006 — Scientology Technology Making an Impact on the Village of Otse in Botswana

From the moment he met the Scientology Volunteer Ministers, Pastor Solomon saw the potential of the technology developed by L. Ron Hubbard for the people of his village.

Located at the edge of the Kalahari Desert in the South East corner of Botswana, the village of Otse now has a Scientology Volunteer Ministers center.

The village of Otse is located at the edge of the Kalahari desert in the South East corner of Botswana near the mythical Lentswe La Baratani Hill, and Pastor Solomon learned about the Volunteer Ministers when they arrived in Gaborone, the capital of the country.

Created by Pastor Solomon and his wife, the center is there to provide courses on the Scientology Handbook for the people of the village and the surrounding area.

Not only did Pastor Solomon and his wife train as Scientology Volunteer Ministers themselves, but he has opened a center where anyone from his village or the surrounding area can come to study the courses, based on the Scientology Handbook.
