"I decided to open a mission in Melitopol so others could experience the same kind of success I've had with Dianetics and Scientology," said Godjaeva Galina, the Executive Director of the Church of Scientology Mission of Melitopol at the Mission's grand opening last month. "Through my Scientology training and counseling I have become more cheerful, more confident and I have learned how to help people," she went on to say.

Ms. Galina was joined by Tatiana Zakharova whose Scientology Mission in Zaporizhzhya 100 km (about 60 miles) to the north has been so successful that she decided to set up another mission in Melitopol and invited Ms. Galina to head it.
Ms. Galina and Ms. Zakharova welcomed everyone in attendance and invited them to take full advantage of the services the mission offers the community.
"I know how to help people cope with their difficulties and problems, through the application of Scientology and Dianetics technology," said Ms. Galina. And she made it clear that anyone can learn these skills.
In his essay titled "My Philosophy," Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard wrote, "I like to help others and count it as my greatest pleasure in life to see a person free himself of the shadows which darken his days."
It is in this spirit that these two Ukranian women and the staff and executives of the new Church of Scientology Mission of Melitopol offer workable Scientology solutions to the people of south-central Ukraine.
