Scientology in Spain
The religious ministry and social betterment programs of the churches of Scientology in Spain have been vindicated. In a historic decision, a Spanish court has dismissed all charges against all defendants in a case involving Scientology in Spain that dates back to 1984.
Commenting on this legal victory for Scientology in Spain the President of the Church of Scientology International called this “a victory for all people of Spain to freely practice their religion, whatever it may be.”
